At RUGWALE, we take pride in delivering high-quality rugs crafted with precision and care. Each rug is designed to meet the highest standards, ensuring it reaches you in perfect condition. As part of our commitment to excellence, we operate under a strict No Return and No Refund policy, with the only exception being products damaged during transit.
No Return & No Refund Policy:
- No Returns: Once an order is placed and processed, it is considered final, and we do not accept returns on any rugs.
- No Refunds: Refunds are not issued unless the product is damaged during shipping. Please ensure you are confident in your purchase before placing an order.
Exceptions: Damaged Products:
If you receive a rug that has been damaged during transit, we will offer a replacement or refund, subject to the following conditions:
- Notification: Inform us within 48 hours of receiving the damaged product by emailing your order number, damage description, and clear photos.
- Verification: Upon reviewing your claim, we will arrange a replacement or refund if the damage is verified.
- Return of Damaged Product: You may be asked to return the damaged rug in its original packaging.
Non-Eligible Cases:
- Color Variations: Minor differences in color due to screen displays or lighting are not considered damages.
- Size Discrepancies: Slight size variations (up to 2%) are natural in handmade rugs.
- Improper Care: Damage due to improper care or use does not qualify for returns or refunds.
